LadyFortunes® Gourmet Picture Cookies Commissioned By Pulitzer-Prize Winner David McCullough

 

Lady Fortunes® Inc. has been commissioned to create Gourmet Chocolate Covered Picture Cookies for a Book Signing Event at the Library of Congress scheduled for late Spring 2005.

World-renowned writer David McCullough is twice winner of the National Book Award and twice winner of the Pulitzer Prize. The Library of Congress Book Signing for his latest work, 1776 is expected to attract some of Washington DC's most prestigious luminaries from high profile government officials to celebrated journalists and intellectuals.

Lady Fortunes® Inc. will produce Gourmet Picture Cookies for the event to be passed among the participants that evening. The Picture Cookies are enrobed in White Belgian Chocolate –Callebaut Couverture- and will display an edible image of the 1776 Book Cover bordered by White Non Pariels. The cookie base is a Graham Cracker cut to resemble an actual book.
