Pink Chip Cookies - Bake A Batch!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pink chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until they're fully incorporated into the batter.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
